Study of the effect of juvenile fruit juice extract on serum cholesterol and serum triglyceride concentration in Wistar rats

Summary
Background and aims: Fats are one of the most important sources of human nutrition that supplies ??% of the body's calories. Increasing the level of cholesterol and triglyceride in the blood increases the risk of heart disease. Considering the properties of glucose and anthraquinotich compounds of jujube This study was conducted to determine the effects of jujube fruit juice extract on serum cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations in Wistar rats. Methods: in the present experimental study, ?? adult Male rats. were divided into control, Hypercholesterolemic and two experimental groups. With ??? and ??? mg / kg of body weight the extract of jujub efruit juice extract was treated. All departments were treated as gastrogavage and dissolved in distilled water for ?? weeks. After blood sampling from the animales heart, cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations were measured. Data obtained using ANOVA and Tukey test at a significance level of ?/?? were compared. Results: Data suggest that the juicer fruit juice extract reduces cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the treatment groups.Conclusion: Due to the decreasing effect of Blue Juice extract on Cholesterol and Tri glyceride in Hypercholesterolemic rat it seemed that the jujube had a therapeutic effect on blood fat with this disease
