In order to investigate the effect of using enterococcus facuim isolates from intestine of Coracias Garrulus(EF) and lactofeed with two methods of spraying and drinking on performance, carcass characteristics, blood parameters, immune response, ceca microflora and jejunal morphology of BobWhite quail, ??? chicks were arranged into ?? experimental units with ? treatments in a completely randomized design. The treatments were included control, spraying, drinking and spraying+ drinking of enterococcus facuim, and spraying, drinking and spraying+drinking of Lactofeed. A solution of ???? CFU was used on days ?, ?? and ?? for spraying and drinking. The performance data included body weught gain, feed intake and FCR were periodically gathered. At the end of experiment, two birds of each replicate were scarified and the blood were sampled. The two jejunum samples were collected and placed at the formalin from each replicate at the ?? days of age.
