چکیده

هدف از ا نجام این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر عصاره گیاه اسطوخودوس (Lavandula officinalis)‎ ترمیم زخم پوستی در مدل خرگوش بود..پنج خرگوش نیوزلندی با وزن نقریبی 2 کیلوگرم در این مطالعه استفاده شد .بعد از اماده سازی جراحی ،‏پوست ناحیه پشت هر حیوان به صورت تمام ضخامت و گرد با قطر تقریبی 2 میلی متر و به فاصله 2 سانتی متر از یکدیگر در 5 ناحیه توسط پانچ پوستی برداشته شد. این مطالعه در پنج گروه که هریک 5 زخم داشتند انجام گرفت.که در زخمهای گروه یک لانولین استفاده شد.گروه دو تا چهارلانولین و غلظت های 5‎/0،‏ ،‏1 5‎/1 عصاره اسطوخودوس را دریافت کردند.نهایتا گروه پنج کنترل منفی بود و زخمهای ان بدون استفاده از عصاره رها شد.زخمها از نظر ماکروسکوپی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتندو مساحت انها در روزهای 4،‏ 8 ،‏12 ،‏16 و20 روز بعد از جراحی محاسبه شد.برای مطالعه هیستوپاتولوژی خرگوش ها در روز 20 بعد از جراحی کشته شدند و نمونه های بافتی از محل زخمهای ترمیم شده اخذ گردید.مساحت زخمهای درمان شده و کنترل از نظر اماری اختلاف معنی داری با یکدیگر نداشتند.نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که عصاره گیاه اسطوخودوس به طور معنی داری ترمیم زخم پوست را بهبود نمی بخشد.

چکیده [English]

This study was undertaken to determine the effects of Lavandulla officinalis extract on cutaneous wound healing in rabbit model.Five Newzeland rabbits weighing about 2 kg were used.After routine surgical preparation five round full thickness skin wound 5 mm in diameter and 2 cm distance from each other were performed on the back of each rabbit by cutaneous punch.The study was accomplished on five groups with 5 wounds in each which Lanoline was used in the wounds of group 1.Group2 to 4 recieved Lanoline and 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% Lavandulla officinalis extract respectively.The wound were studied macroscopically and measurement were calculated 4 ,8 ,12, 16 and 20 days after surgery.For histopathological study the rabbits were euthanized twenty days after surgery and tissue sample were taken from the site of healed wounds.There was no statistically significant difference in the area of wound between treated and control wounds.The results of this study showed the Lavandulla officinalis extract did not improve cutaneous wound healing in rabbit.
